Story:
New Hampshire -- A local man known for teaching martial arts to city and state police officers has been charged with violating a protective order.
The 40-year-old man was arrested by police on August 1, after his estranged wife called the emergency 911 line to report he was following her in spite of a court order for him to stay away.
The man's former wife testified she left the police station and drove along back roads, describing many turns she made along the way, with her ex-husband allegedly following her at each turn. En route, she testified, she could see Chase in her rearview mirror and described him as looking angry.
