Story:
A Flushing man was charged Tuesday with murder in the death of Zhang Hongqi, the restaurant deliveryman stabbed last month returning home from a Chinese New Year celebration, authorities said.
Kendall Walker, 21, admitted to stabbing Zhang, 41, but suggested that he did so because Zhang scared him by waving metal rods at him in a martial arts gesture, a law enforcement source said.
