This police blotter leaves me kind of wondering:
"4:43 p.m. Drunk in public reported on the 300 block of E. 21st Street. 'Subject urinating on a curb. Now, near the field doing karate.'"
Was he doing karate after shaking hands with Mr Pee? I mean, doing karate while your relieving yourself would be quite a feat after all...
