Texas -- An Amarillo karate instructor has been found not guilty of an indecency with a child charge from 2005 by a Potter County jury.
The jury announced they found the man not guilty of one count of indecency with a child for an incident with an 11-year-old girl in November 2005.
The man was in charge of an after-school program where the alleged incidents occurred.
He was arrested in January 2006 following an investigation into two children's complaints that he improperly touched them during an after-school program. Another indictment against the man is still pending.
