Maryland -- Baltimore police say they have seized 38 guns from a convicted sex offender's home. The weapons included an Uzi and a sawed-off shotgun.
Because he has been convicted of sexually abusing his students, the former karate instructor is not allowed to own a gun.
The seizure was the work of a regional gun task force created this spring to help combat the illegal gun trade.
