Iron balls

Here's another kung-fu clip.

It shows how to take kicks to the groin, pulling heavy stuff with your "friend" etc.

Though it's impressive stuff indeed, I'm still left with one simple question: Why? :-)

Personally I'd rather spend other ways to protect myself.

And, if you have to do this lengthy quigong routine before a fight to protect the "little fellow", then what's the point? Guess I'm missing something here.
