An attempted robbery turned ugly for one of the robbers when he was allegedly stabbed by the owner of a garment factory in Lautoka who fought off the robbers to defend his family.
A police spokesman confirms to Village News that six masked men entered the businessman’s house after smashing the sliding door and attack the 45 year old owner.
The owner who has a black belt in karate told police that he fought of the invaders and in the process stabbed one of them with a penknife in self defense.
