So, the story about Apple godfather Steve Jobs being stopped at a Japanese airport with ninja throwing stars (shuriken) in his luggage isn't completely true after all?
Dang, that would have been such a great battle story. Guess it was simply too good to be true.
I can readily envision Mr Jobs throwing shuriken in the Apple boardroom at giant images of Google maps :-)
Oh well, no iNinpod. Guess it's back to the fantasy drawing board...

Passing of a Legend
Holland -- After being ill for some time, the Dutch judo legend passed away at the age of 76 in his home town of Utrecht, according to rnw.nl.
Geesink shocked Japan as well as the judo world by being the first non-Japanese to beat their own title favorite - Akio Kaminga - at the Olympics in 1964. All though this was a huge blow to the Japanese, Geesink was revered there as a great judoka into his old age.

Dim mak

It shows a Chinese master performing what is known as 'dim mak' or "death touch". The Japanese have something similar that they call kyoshu.
There are lots of people claiming to be able to do this stuff - most of it is a big pile of doo-doo.
This, on the other hand, seems to be genuine.
You'll be the judge!
