Story:
UK -- A mugger targeted a woman for her vanity case - but his victim was a karate expert in drag. The man - who had just finished a club performance as drag queen Cherry Tart - chopped the thief on the neck.
Then he kicked him in the leg, and threw him into a pile of dustbins. The 38-year-old man of Hove, Sussex, said: "Nobody nicks my vanity case - it's got all my make-up in it. I may wear a dress, but when upset I'm a cross between Lily Savage and a rottweiler with toothache." The thief in Brighton hobbled away.
