Maryland -- A 25-year-old man, from Woodstock in Howard County, has been arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with an attempted murder on March 23.
The man, a karate student, is accused of seriously injuring the victim by kicking him in the head. Police described the man's feet as deadly weapons.
