Story:
Wisconsin -- Two teenagers in full Ninja costumes have been nabbed by police in connection with the theft of US flags.
Just before 2 a.m., a man walking his dog reported seeing two males in ski masks get into a van, which sped off.
An officer later spotted the van, and apprehended two boys 16 and 17 years old.
They say five flags that had been stolen last night and early today were recovered. There have been 17 flags stolen at Tomahawk during the last several months according to police.
