Story:
On March 25, an officer responded to a call that a man had almost struck a woman's vehicle. The officer allegedly located and stopped the 25-year-old suspect driving a pickup truck.
After arresting him for DUI and other traffic offenses, the officer then responded to a gas station and was told that Turner had been inside the store yelling and practicing karate moves.
